Open Question: I'm in court for camping!?

Well me and a few friends went camping last night and about 2 in the morning the police came and started telling us we were doing drugs we were smoking but they were roll ups i showed him my tobacco pouch and he didn't believe me he started pushing me so i said man i don't like when people push me and he continued to push me so i hit him i understand being in court for hitting him but i told him he was invading my personal space. But my main concern is that we were booked for having drugs and it was only tobacco!!
