Stop your child's lunchbox from becoming a ticking tummy-trouble timebomb

Until I reached high school, none of my schools had cafeterias. So lunch during my elementary years always meant salami and cheese or tuna salad sandwiches made fresh by my mom that morning that I choked down at lunchtime. It wasn't that they weren't delicious; they were when first made. It was that by lunchtime, they had been sitting for hours in my lunchbag, nestled in my backpack, in a heated classroom, and had become wilted, soggy and off tasting.
