Open Question: We're all fifteen and want to camp alone on a public beach?

For my 15th birthday, me and my friends were wanting to go camping on a public beach. I say public becasue it is open to the public, but it is rarely used and is never busy. I was wanting to know if there are any age requirements regarding spending a night camping on your own, seeing as we are all fifteen.
