Resolved Question: What size rucksack for 2/3 day cycle?

Obviously I will be carrying a tent (2man), sleeping bag, air bed, clothes, food.
Anything important items you think i will need would be appreciated as i always forget the important things til i'm there ; )
I will be sticking to country roads mostly and little off road except to find a camping spot.
